Beacon Villa Retirement Center provides all the comforts of home without the stresses of cooking, cleaning, lawn care, home maintenance and safety. Designed to resemble a fine hotel, Beacon Villa offers the services and amenities found in an elegant Bed & Breakfast resort.

Our Beacon Villa community is relatively small, with a maximum occupancy of 28 residents. Our small size enables us to give more customized, client-centered attention to making you happy and comfortable, in an environment that preserves your privacy, independence and dignity.
Private Apartments:
We offer comfortable one room efficiency apartments and two-room suites. Each apartment includes kitchenettes, accessible private bathrooms with showers, wall-to-wall carpet and tile, and some rooms offer covered patios. Rooms are equipped with private phones, cable access, and a 24-hour emergency call system for your safety.
Our Services and Amenities: Three delicious meals served daily, plus snacks – included in the price of your room! Weekly housekeeping and laundry services - included the price of your room! Campus gym – free membership! Campus Rehabilitation and Diagnostic/X-Ray Clinic Personal Care staff onsite 24 hours a day. Emergency call response systems in each room Fire Sprinkler systems in each room Controlled access to the building and rooms Beautifully decorated lobby with marble fireplace Elegant dining room where many community organizations and local church groups meet Modern Beauty/Barber shop on premise Scheduled group transportation to area events and shopping Social and recreational activities and programs--we employ a full time Activities Director Available at all times: personal assistance with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, medication reminders and more.

Our Rate Schedule:  Depending upon the size of the apartment you prefer, our preliminary prices range from $2,500 to $3,200 per month. The monthly base charge for each additional person, per apartment is $600. These monthly fees include three meals each day plus snacks, all utilities, weekly housekeeping and laundry services, planned activities and a safe, beautiful environment.

Private Studio Rooms: Each studio room offers a private bath and walk-in closet. Rooms can be carpeted or uncarpeted, based on your preference. Each room is equipped with private phones, cable access and a 24-hour emergency call system for your safety.
Private and Semi-Private Apartment Suites: Our apartment suites offer an additional sitting room that is perfectly sized for the resident who wishes to create the look of their original home, with added space for their personal treasures.
Geri-Care provides all the comforts of home in a tranquil, family style atmosphere. Our small size enables our residents to enjoy their privacy and camaraderie of their neighbors. Our residents benefit from personalized one-on-one care and increased security from high staff to resident ratios. At Geri-Care, we go out of our way to make you feel at home.
